What each playbook sets out
A welcome kit for a bank is not a welcome kit for a hotel. These fifteen playbooks set out, sector by sector, what a kit should contain, which rules the sector layers on top, and where the production should be located. Each one runs through the same six headings, so a reader can put two sectors side by side.
The first heading is composition: a costed table of items, quantities, decoration methods and per-unit bands. The second is the compliance overlay, which is where a banking welcome kit picks up REACH SVHC declarations on plastic items, OEKO-TEX 100 on textiles and FIPS 140-2 on any data-storage device. The third is sourcing region: Cyprus or Serbia for banks shipping inside the EU, the UAE for Gulf banking groups, Armenia for cost-optimized branches in the AMD region.
The last three are budget tier, lead time and a four-step pilot, which is the smallest run we would put into production before a program is scaled.
