Why metal badges work for Serbian banking
Branch staff, financial advisors, and ATM-area signage teams wear branded badges every working day — on shirts, jackets, and lanyards across the retail network and the corporate floors. Pin-and-jungle-clip backings are the workhorse for staff wear, magnetic backs are the premium choice for advisory desks where branded shirts cost more than the badge itself, and adhesive backs handle permanent display panels and ATM-area branding.
Standard sizes run 18–30 mm for staff badges and up to 50 mm for executive shields and recognition pins. We work with two thickness tiers: 1.2 mm for everyday staff wear and 1.6 mm for the heavier executive range that needs presence on a lapel at a Sava Centar or Hyatt Regency event.
Decoration and Pantone matching
Hard enamel produces a flat, glossy colour fill set flush with the metal borders — used for crisp bank logos that need to look identical across a thousand branches. Soft enamel sits slightly recessed and feels warmer; it's often chosen for advisory-team badges and internal recognition pins.
For executive shields we screen-print on brushed aluminium with a polished border. Pantone Coated matches are standard for bank-tier orders; metallic gold and metallic silver are stock colours, and anything else gets a custom mix and a strike-off sample approved before production.
Compliance and content rules
NBS-regulated entities cannot carry yield, rate, or promotional terms on a badge — those belong on in-branch leaflets and the website, not on a wearable item that travels outside the branch. We mirror that rule by default: badges carry the bank crest, a role designation ("advisor", "branch manager", "compliance officer"), and a short tagline. Compliance walk-through is built into the artwork sign-off stage; we do not start moulding until the bank's compliance team has approved the file.
For advisory and wealth-management badges that travel to client meetings, we add a corporate logo mark on the back to anchor the bank's brand on the rear face — out of regulator sight, but visible at a boardroom handshake.

Staff badges ship in foam-lined cartons, 50 per box, individually poly-bagged to keep the finish clean through branch distribution. Executive shields come in individual velvet or kraft pouches and an outer printed sleeve. Lead time is 8–12 business days after artwork sign-off, plus two days for moulding on a new design. A four-day rush is available on standard shapes from our library.
