Runs, lead times and budgets

MOQ is 50 units for recycled cotton stock colourways and 100 units for rPET ripstop with a custom dye-lot. Standard lead time is 7–10 business days after artwork approval, plus 2–3 days for custom dye-lot fabric. A 4-day rush is available on stock colourways when the artwork file is locked at the brief stage.

Pricing is quoted per project in EUR, based on fabric, weight, decoration method and run size. We do not publish a single per-unit figure because fabric and freight move between briefs; the cleanest way to get a real number is to send us a one-line brief and we come back with a written quote the same business day. Recycling and GRS documentation come with the delivery note at no extra cost.

Which size works best for a marathon finisher bag?

38 × 42 cm with a 10 cm gusset is the standard size we run for marathon finisher bags — it holds a finisher T-shirt, a banana, an energy bar, a 500 ml bottle and a sponsor leaflet without tearing at the seam. Custom sizes from 30 × 35 cm up to 45 × 50 cm are available on request, with the same recycled-cotton fabric.

Can you print a full-colour club crest on a recycled cotton bag?

Yes. We run full-colour DTF on 140 gsm recycled cotton and on rPET, with no setup cost on small runs. For larger supporter-shop runs above 200 units we screen-print in water-based pigment ink, which keeps the print matte and soft to the touch. Send the crest file in vector and we come back with a print proof within one business day.

Are the recycled-cotton bags GRS-certified?

Yes. Our standard recycled cotton is GRS-certified and we ship the GRS transaction certificate with the delivery note on request. The certification covers the recycled-fibre content, the chain of custody and the social and environmental processing criteria — useful if the order is going into a federation sustainability report.

Do you have an organic-cotton option for premium supporter items?

Yes — we run GOTS-certified organic cotton at 150 gsm and 280 gsm, with a slightly softer hand-feel than recycled cotton. Lead time is the same as the recycled-cotton line and the price point is higher because of the certification chain. Most clubs reserve organic cotton for season-ticket-holder recognition items rather than mass-finisher runs.

No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate-merch producer.
