Hoodies for the banking & finance sector (Serbia)
Branded hoodies for Serbian bank branches and HQ teams — Banca Intesa, UniCredit, Raiffeisen, OTP banka, Erste, Komercijalna banka, AIK Banka. Restrained premium finish, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, embroidery and DTF, MOQ 30 units, EUR quotes from Belgrade.
Why this combination works in Serbian banking
Bank and finance staff in Serbia already have a clear uniform rhythm — suit-and-shirt for client-facing days, business-casual for back-office and tech roles, and casual Friday for branch teams that want to soften the customer-facing tone. A branded hoodie slots into all three layers of that rhythm. Branch teams at Banca Intesa, UniCredit and Raiffeisen wear them on Saturday opening shifts and on staff away-days; HQ and IT teams at the same banks wear them in the office as the standard uniform on non-client days; HR teams use them as the centrepiece of new-joiner kits during induction week.
The fabric has to be substantial enough to wear over a base layer through a Serbian winter, soft enough to feel comfortable during a long client meeting, and the decoration has to survive regular laundering at 40 °C without fading. Embroidery is the standard because a stitched logo reads as restrained premium, while a printed logo on a hoodie reads as promotional and pulls the bank uniform toward streetwear rather than banking.
Models and materials that fit
For branch and customer-facing staff we default to a 320 gsm 80/20 cotton-poly fleece with a brushed inner, a tonal drawstring, a YKK metal eyelet and a double-needle stitched hem. The weight holds shape through a full day and the brushed inner carries the warmth through a Belgrade or Novi Sad winter without piling at the elbows. For HQ and IT teams we drop to a 280 gsm 70/30 cotton-poly with a softer hand-feel and a slightly slimmer cut — the kind of hoodie that sits well under a sport coat on a casual Friday.
Both fabric families are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and we hold documentation on file for procurement teams that need it for supplier audits. Standard colourways are navy, charcoal, dark grey, anthracite and off-black — the bank-uniform palette is muted by design. Brand-colour matches are available for runs above 200 units. We do not run saturated or bright colourways for banking accounts; the brief usually rules them out before we even quote.
Print and branding approaches
3D embroidery on the chest left and the back yoke is the standard — embroidery survives 50+ wash cycles at 40 °C, which is what bank procurement teams test against. Tonal-on-tonal embroidery (navy on navy, charcoal on charcoal, anthracite on anthracite) is the most restrained finish and the right default for a corporate account. A small crest on the sleeve, embroidered in brand colour, is the standard add-on for branch-team uniforms.
DTF (direct-to-film) is used on the back when the bank wants a larger graphic — a campaign message, a CSR initiative, a year-end recognition line — and is the right call for short runs because there is no setup cost. Screen print is reserved for very large volumes above 300 units where the per-unit setup amortises. We digitise the bank crest in-house and run a stitch-count test before production; logos above 12,000 stitches on a 320 gsm base get a backing patch to prevent puckering — this is standard on our staff-issue tier.
Bundling and packaging
Customer-facing hoodies are folded into a polybag with a printed belly band that carries the bank logo and the size — the standard for a branch-team uniform drop. Premium recognition hoodies (year-end, long-service, retirement) are wrapped in tissue and presented in a rigid box with a satin ribbon and a printed thank-you card. Bulk staff-issue hoodies for HQ and IT are flat-packed 25 per master carton and shipped on a Euro pallet to the bank's central warehouse.
For banks running a tiered staff-uniform programme (branch, HQ, IT, premium recognition) we split a single production run across multiple pack styles. The artwork is held in our system in both Latin and Cyrillic where the bank brand supports both, so a re-order does not drift between scripts.
Runs, lead times and budgets
MOQ is 30 units for stock colourways and 50 for custom dye-lot orders. Standard lead time is 12–18 business days after artwork approval, depending on embroidery digitisation and fabric availability. A 5-day rush is available on stock colours with a rush premium; custom dye-lots cannot be rushed because the dyeing stage alone takes 5–7 business days.
Pricing is quoted per project in EUR. We do not publish a single per-unit figure because fabric weight, decoration method and run size move the number on every brief — the cleanest way to get a real figure is to send a one-line brief with quantity, fabric and decoration, and we come back with a written quote the same business day. A 50/50 payment split (50% on order, 50% on delivery) is standard for new banking accounts.
Serbia context
Most banking hoodie orders run through our Belgrade hub and ship to a bank's central warehouse, a regional branch cluster, or an off-site event venue. The banking HQs cluster in central Belgrade — Banca Intesa on Kralja Milana, UniCredit on Rajićeva, Raiffeisen on Đorđa Stanojevića in New Belgrade, OTP and Erste in New Belgrade, AIK Banka and Komercijalna banka also in the Belgrade central business district. Year-end recognition is the busiest window — November and December for client-loyalty kits, December for staff-recognition hoodies. New-joiner kits run all year around the induction calendar.
We are not affiliated with any Serbian bank — every brief is taken on its own terms and we do not represent ourselves as an official partner of Banca Intesa, UniCredit, Raiffeisen, OTP, Erste, Komercijalna, AIK or any other institution we produce hoodies for. Procurement, marketing and HR teams can engage us directly.
Frequently asked questions
Which hoodie fabric survives regular washing best for bank staff?
A poly-cotton fleece blend — 80/20 cotton-poly at 320 gsm — survives 50+ wash cycles at 40 °C with embroidered decoration. Pure cotton looks softer at first but pills faster and loses shape after 20–30 wash cycles. We default to this for branch and customer-facing bank staff and document the wash-cycle test on request for procurement teams.
Can you match our bank's Pantone for the dye-lot?
Yes — for runs over 200 units we custom dye to Pantone Coated references supplied by the bank. Smaller runs use stock colours from our library; speak to us about the closest match if the bank brand colour is outside the standard palette. We hold the dye-lot recipe on file so a re-order in 2027 matches the 2026 specification exactly.
How do you handle embroidered logos at high decoration density?
We digitise the artwork in-house and run a stitch-count test before production. Logos above 12,000 stitches on a 320 gsm base need a backing patch to prevent puckering — this is standard on our staff-issue tier. For bank crests with metallic thread, we run a separate test on the metallic yarn to confirm it sits flat through the laundering cycle.
Are the hoodies OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes — every hoodie we supply for banking accounts is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, which matters for staff skin contact during long client days and for procurement audits. The certification covers the fabric, the thread and the trims (drawstring, eyelets, zipper where present). The certificate is shipped with the delivery note on request.
What is the rush window for a 50-piece emergency?
5 business days for stock colours with a rush premium. Custom dye-lots cannot be rushed because the dyeing stage alone takes 5–7 business days. Call by Wednesday for a Monday ship-out from our Belgrade hub.
Do you supply matching sweatpants for staff kits?
Yes — we run matching sweatpants in the same fabric and colour as our hoodie ranges. Staff kits are usually one hoodie plus one sweatpants, packed together in a kit-bag with the team logo on both pieces. Matching sweatpants are quoted on the same brief at no extra setup cost.
Is Corp-Merch a partner of Banca Intesa, UniCredit, Raiffeisen or any other Serbian bank?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate-merch producer. We are not a partner, sponsor, official supplier or licensee of Banca Intesa, UniCredit Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, OTP banka, Erste Bank, Komercijalna banka, AIK Banka or any other Serbian bank or financial institution we produce hoodies for. Procurement, marketing and HR teams engage us directly on a project basis.

What's next
Send a one-line brief — bank, fabric preference (320 gsm branch tier or 280 gsm HQ tier), quantity, target delivery date — and we come back the same business day with a written quote, a fabric swatch and a digitised embroidery proof on the bank crest file. If the same brief also covers matching sweatpants, polos for the customer-facing tier, or scarves and beanies for the winter recognition kit, mention them up front and we can bundle production so the whole kit ships in one window from our Belgrade hub.
