200 gsm 65/35 poly-cotton pique is the standard weight for club-issue: it holds shape through a 30°C wash, breathes on a summer training day at the Stara Čaršija or Karaburma training ground, and survives the laundry cycle at the academy. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification matters when staff wear the same polo day-in and day-out and when the kit is later handed down to academy juniors. For outdoor roles (groundskeeping, equipment, security at the gates), 220 gsm with a UV-stable dye is the right call. For VIP and sponsor-facing roles, a heavier 240 gsm combed-cotton polo gives a dressier hand-feel without crossing into formal-shirt territory. Decoration methods
3D embroidery on the left chest for the club crest and on the right chest for the sponsor lock-up is the standard. Puff embroidery reads better on a TV broadcast and is reserved for supporter-shop orders and event-day polos. For derby-day and cup-final polos, silkscreen on the back yoke is the right call because it survives the laundry cycle on heavier 240 gsm polos without cracking at the print edges. We avoid transfers for staff polos because they peel at the collar after 30+ washes; transfers are acceptable for one-off fan-club drops where the polo is worn a handful of times and discarded.
Bundling and packaging
Team-issue polos are flat-packed 25 per master carton with size-bands segregated (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL) so the kit manager at the training ground can pull the right count without opening every box. Sponsor and VIP polos are individually poly-bagged and presented in a club-branded gift box with a tissue wrap. Fan-club drops ship in a polybag with a printed header card showing the crest, season and care instructions in Cyrillic and Latin script.

MOQ is 30 units per size run for embroidery and screen print. Lead time is 10–14 business days after artwork approval; rush is 5 business days on stock colours only. Indicative pricing in RSD per unit: RSD 1,250–1,950 for 200 gsm poly-cotton with chest embroidery, RSD 1,800–2,500 for 240 gsm combed-cotton with crest and sponsor lock-up. Bulk tiers apply for season-long orders above 500 units and for repeat federation orders; final pricing is quote-based and depends on size run, decoration complexity and accessory set. VAT is included in published tiers; reverse-charge applies for cross-border federation orders.
