Trophies for the sports sector (Serbia)

Metal, acrylic and resin trophies for Serbian sports clubs, leagues, federations and corporate sponsors. Tournament awards and league recognition, from 10 units, 10–14 working days from our Belgrade kit line.

Why sports clubs order trophies

Trophies serve three different purposes in the Serbian sports landscape, and the format choice depends on which one a club needs. The first is the league-winner recognition — the SuperLiga trophy at the end of the spring half, the Prva Liga playoff trophy, the KK Partizan and KK Crvena Zvezda ABA League trophy handover, the Serbian Handball Super League cup. These are substantial metal trophies on a marble base that sit on a shelf for years and bring back the season every time a sponsor walks past. The second is the tournament award — the Belgrade Marathon finisher trophy, the Novi Sad half-marathon age-group awards, regional youth-football cups, the Serbian Cup rounds, the Kupa Radivoja Koraća in basketball. These are acrylic or resin trophies issued in larger volumes for race finishers and tournament place-winners. The third is the sponsor recognition piece — a premium metal trophy the club presents to a season sponsor at the end-of-season partner dinner, often co-branded with both the club crest and the sponsor wordmark.

The Serbian sports calendar that pulls the heaviest trophy volume runs from late spring (end of football and basketball seasons, marathon finishers) through autumn (winter-pre-season cups, sponsor-dinner awards). The Serbian Olympic Committee, the Football Federation of Serbia (FSS), the Basketball Federation of Serbia (KSS), the Serbian Athletic Federation, and the Serbian Handball Federation all issue trophies for national-team and federation-level events that route through the same production lines.

Models and materials that fit

For league-winner recognition and premium sponsor awards, the standard is a metal trophy with gold or silver plating on a black-marble base. Heights run from 22 cm for a coach-presentation piece to 45 cm for a club-level league trophy. The metal body is zinc alloy with a polished or antique finish, and the marble base carries an engraved plate with the event name, the season, and the recipient line. This format is what the FK Crvena Zvezda and FK Partizan commercial offices order for the end-of-season sponsor dinner, and what the KK Partizan and KK Crvena Zvezda front offices order for the ABA League trophy handover.

For tournament awards and marathon finishers, the standard is an acrylic trophy in a custom-moulded shape — a runner silhouette, a basketball, a football, a handball, a custom club-specific shape. Heights run from 15 cm to 28 cm. Acrylic is lighter than metal, which matters when a finisher carries the trophy home on a long walk from the finish line, and it accepts full-colour UV print on the back panel for the event logo and the year.

For bulk awards at youth tournaments and regional cups, the standard is a resin trophy with a metal-plated figurine on a plastic base. Heights run from 12 cm to 22 cm. Resin is the budget tier that lets a youth-football organiser hand a participation trophy to every team at a sixteen-team cup without exhausting the budget on the winners-only pieces.

Prints and branding approaches

Laser engraving is the standard on metal trophies — it removes the plating on the engraved plate and exposes the raw metal below, which holds against handling and storage for years. The base plate is the standard location: club crest, event name, year, and recipient line all fit cleanly in a 40 mm × 60 mm plate.

UV print is the standard on acrylic trophies — it accepts full-colour reproduction of the event logo, sponsor marks, and year, and it bonds cleanly to the polished acrylic surface. UV print is the right method for the marathon-finisher format, where the back panel carries the event logo in colour and the front face carries a recipient line in laser.

For the sponsor-recognition metal trophy, two-colour laser engraving on the base plate handles the club crest in the club colour and the sponsor wordmark in a contrasting tone. For race-day trophies with a marathon logo that includes gradients and small text, UV print is the only practical method.

Bundling and packaging

For league-winner and sponsor-recognition metal trophies, the format is a rigid lift-off-lid presentation box with a foam inlay cut to the trophy silhouette, plus a printed certificate and a small thank-you card. The box is the format a club hands over at the sponsor dinner, so the unboxing matters.

For marathon-finisher acrylic trophies, individual wrapping in tissue inside a stock kraft mailer is the standard. The mailer fits a standard postal slot, which matters because a significant share of marathon finishers ship the trophy home from Belgrade or Novi Sad to another Serbian city. A printed sticker with the event name seals the mailer.

For youth-tournament resin trophies, bulk packing twenty-five per master carton with foam dividers is the standard. The organiser's volunteer team handles the unpacking and the per-team hand-over at the closing ceremony.

Runs, lead times, and budgets

MOQ is 10 units for metal, 25 for acrylic, and 50 for resin. Lead time is 10–14 working days for metal and acrylic after artwork approval, and 7–10 working days for resin because the moulds are stocked. Custom moulds for unique shapes start at RSD 33 000 one-off per design, which is amortised into the per-unit price for runs above 100 pieces.

Serbia context

Most sports trophy orders out of Serbia originate in Belgrade (the FK Crvena Zvezda, FK Partizan, FK Čukarički, KK Partizan, KK Crvena Zvezda, and Serbian Olympic Committee offices) and in Novi Sad (FK Vojvodina, the Vojvodina Sports Federation, the Novi Sad Marathon organisation). Smaller flows come from Subotica, Niš, Kragujevac, and Čačak, plus the Belgrade Marathon organisation office and the Serbian Athletic Federation headquarters in Belgrade.

Production is routed through our Belgrade kit line for laser engraving, UV print, and base-plate engraving, with the metal and acrylic bodies sourced from EU-certified partners (REACH declarations available on request). Local fulfilment means a 50-piece sponsor-recognition order can be on a club's reception desk in seven working days; a 200-piece marathon-finisher order ships to the Belgrade Marathon finish-line warehouse three working days ahead of race day.

For the marathon-finisher format, we hold a small buffer stock of standard acrylic shapes at the Belgrade kit line so a 100-piece runner-silhouette order can ship in seven working days even at peak spring-marathon volume.

Frequently asked questions

What trophy suits a marathon finisher?

An acrylic trophy in a runner silhouette, 18–22 cm height, with a UV-printed event logo on the back panel and a laser-engraved name and finish time on the front face. Acrylic is lighter than metal (a finisher carries it home from the finish line), holds the full-colour marathon logo cleanly, and ships in a kraft mailer that fits a standard postal slot for out-of-town finishers.

What trophy suits a league-winner presentation?

A metal trophy with gold or silver plating on a black-marble base, 28–45 cm height, with an engraved plate on the base carrying the event name, the season, and the recipient line. This is the format the SuperLiga, the ABA League, the Serbian Handball Super League, and the end-of-season sponsor-dinner awards all use. The metal body holds against handling and storage for years.

Can you supply custom shapes for unique events?

Yes. For runs above 100 units we can custom-mould unique shapes — a specific marathon logo silhouette, a club-specific basketball shape, a handball silhouette. Custom moulds start at RSD 33 000 one-off per design. For smaller runs we work from a stock library of silhouettes (runner, footballer, basketball, handball, chess piece, gymnast) and add the event mark via UV print.

How fast can a 100-piece marathon-finisher order ship?

Ten working days for acrylic with custom-moulded shapes; seven working days for acrylic with stock silhouettes. For race-day deadlines we hold a five-day rush slot in spring and autumn — call by Monday and the trophies ship the following Monday morning, with courier delivery to the Belgrade Marathon finish-line warehouse or to the Novi Sad Marathon organisation office on the same day.

Can you co-brand a sponsor-recognition trophy?

Yes. Two-colour laser engraving on the base plate handles the club crest in the club colour and the sponsor wordmark in a contrasting tone. For sponsor-recognition pieces above 30 units we can also add a small UV-printed sponsor logo on the marble base alongside the engraved plate. Both marks are filed against the order so that re-orders twelve months later match the original approval.

Are the metals REACH-compliant?

Yes. Gold and silver plating comes with REACH SVHC declarations on request. The marble bases are sourced from EU-certified quarries and the resin bodies carry the same compliance documentation. For trophy orders above 100 units we supply the compliance documentation with the despatch for the federation's audit file.

What's next

If you have a club crest (SVG or AI with Pantone references) and the event name ready, send the files with the delivery address and the deadline — we return a per-unit quote in RSD, a strike-off timeline, and a sample photo of the proposed body and finish within two working days. For league-winner and sponsor-recognition pieces we recommend a single-physical strike-off before the production run, so the club's commercial team can sign off on the metal finish, the marble base, and the engraving layout in person.
