Welcome packs for the fintech sector (Serbia)

Configurable welcome packs for Serbian fintechs — remote-team onboarding, in-office new-hire kits, and Series-A-to-D cohort welcomes. Tiered builds, MOQ 20 packs, 2–3 week lead time, production and dispatch from Belgrade.

Why this combination works for Serbian fintech

Serbian fintech runs leaner than the bank sector but still expects polish on first contact. Plenty (Belgrade), MobilPay, 3Bank and a long tail of payment-service and regtech startups hire engineers and product staff across the country, often remote-first. A welcome pack is one of the few in-person moments the company gets with a new joiner: it lands at their home address, or on their desk on day one, and quietly sets the tone for how seriously the company takes the relationship.

Welcome kits also double as conference delegate packs at industry events in Belgrade — whether that's a banking-tech meetup at Crowne Plaza Belgrade, a regional payments summit, or a sales kick-off in Novi Sad. The kit has to read as a real gift rather than a branded freebie.

Models and materials that fit

Tier one (RSD 2,900–4,600 per pack) is a kraft sleeve holding a printed welcome letter, a small notebook, a pen and a keyring — light enough to courier to a remote hire in Subotica without doubling the postage. Tier two (RSD 5,800–8,700) adds a thermal mug or a stainless water bottle and wraps in a cotton drawcord bag. Tier three (RSD 9,800–12,700) is a rigid board box with a leather notebook, a metal pen, a thermal mug and a USB drive in a recycled-aluminium shell. The thermal mug and the USB drive are the most popular items with fintech engineering hires — they show up in the office kitchen and the laptop bag, both.

Prints and branding approaches

One foil-stamped or debossed logo on the chassis and one printed logo on each item. Foil colours run metallic gold, silver, copper and matte black. Embroidery on fabric items, laser-engraving on metal pens and thermal mugs, screen print on notebook covers. We avoid full-colour digital on premium packs because the look reads as mass-market against foil. For early-stage fintechs with limited brand books, we work from a single logo file and a colour palette to keep the chassis consistent.

Bundling and packaging

All three tiers are wrapped in their chassis — kraft sleeve, cotton drawcord bag or rigid board box. Tier one adds a single satin ribbon. Tier two adds a satin ribbon plus a printed belly band. Tier three uses a ribbon-tied rigid box with a printed sleeve card. For cohort-based onboarding (a Series-B round means twenty hires in the same quarter), the matching chassis across packs keeps the team feeling like one team rather than twenty random boxes.

Runs, lead times, and budgets

MOQ is 20 packs for tier one, 15 for tier two, 10 for tier three. Lead time 14–18 business days from artwork approval, with a 5-day express option for tier one. Pricing in RSD, all-inclusive of print setup. B2B billing to Serbia-registered entities adds 20% PDV. International clients are billed net of PDV with a valid export declaration. Domestic courier dispatch is available for remote hires across Serbia — we ship to Belgrade express, to Novi Sad and Niš next-day.

Serbia context

Most fintech welcome-pack orders ship from our Belgrade hub. New-hire kits move steadily through Q1 and Q3 — the strongest intake windows for Belgrade-based teams. Remote-hire courier runs cluster around the start of each quarter. For in-person conference delegate packs at Hyatt Regency Belgrade or Crowne Plaza, we can stage kits the morning of the event with name labels pre-applied.

Frequently asked questions

Can the same chassis work across all three tiers?

Yes — we keep the chassis language consistent across tiers and vary only the contents. A cohort of mixed tiers reading as one team matters for engineering hires who compare notes on Slack the first week.

What goes into a mid-tier pack?

Typically a leather passport-style notebook, a metal pen, a thermal mug and a printed welcome letter. We can swap items based on what your engineering and product hires actually carry.

Do you handle corporate PDV invoicing?

Yes. We are registered for Serbian PDV and issue invoices through the e-Fiskalizacija system for B2B orders to Serbia-registered entities. International clients are billed net of PDV with a valid export declaration.

Can you personalise each pack with the new hire's name?

Yes — laser engraving on metal and leather items, foil stamping on the chassis. Per-unit personalisation adds 2–4 business days and roughly €3 per item depending on the surface.

How quickly can a 50-pack tier-one order turn around?

Standard build is 14 business days from artwork approval. Express build of 7 business days is available for tier one only, with a 25% rush premium. We hold a small stock of standard chassis and ribbons at our Belgrade hub.

Do you handle brand-book compliance for early-stage fintechs?

Yes — we work from a single logo file and a colour palette when a full brand book is still in progress, and we route finished artwork through your marketing lead before production.

Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of any Serbian fintech?

No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate merchandise producer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or contracted to any Serbian fintech, payment-service provider, or industry association. Brand names used in sample artwork are for illustration only.
