Templates, checklists and worksheets
Eight documents you can use before you talk to us: an RFP to send, a sheet to score the answers on, a brand book to fill in.
What the working documents contain
Eight documents that can be used without talking to us first. They are the working papers behind a procurement run: an RFP to send to vendors, a scoring sheet to compare the answers, a brand book to fill in, and worksheets for the two numbers that decide whether a project is viable at all.
The RFP template has fourteen sections covering capability, the pricing matrix, compliance requirements including ISO, OEKO-TEX and REACH, references and terms, and it comes as PDF, DOCX and Excel. The vendor evaluation checklist is 85 points across capability, pricing, quality, compliance, sustainability, logistics, communication, financial stability and references. Each criterion is scored from one to five, and more than fifty procurement teams have used the sheet.
The brand book template covers fifty sections, from primary and secondary logos, monogram and exclusion zones through to the color palette in Pantone, RGB, CMYK and hex. Alongside it sit a 30-point brand book compliance checklist, an MOQ planning workbook, a cradle-to-gate carbon worksheet built on the GHG Protocol for Scopes 1, 2 and 3, a packaging design brief covering foil, deboss and emboss, and a welcome kit specification with standard, premium and executive variants.
Eight working documents
Each template is a working file rather than a brochure, and each one arrives in an editable format.
