The pouch is the corporate kit's best friend
A pouch is the item every other corporate merch item ends up inside. The drawstring pouch holds the welcome-kit t-shirt and notebook. The zip pouch holds the conference USB drive and badge. The cosmetic pouch holds the hotel-room amenity kit. The cordura pouch holds the outdoor first-aid kit. Without a branded pouch, every other kit piece loses its presentation — and the recipient's first impression is cardboard and bubble wrap.
Three main formats cover almost all Cyprus corporate demand: drawstring pouch (casual, low-cost, high-volume), zip pouch (premium, multi-use, gifting), and cosmetic/toiletry pouch (hospitality amenity). Material choice ranges from non-woven (entry) to canvas cotton (mid) to PU leather (premium) to Cordura (outdoor).
Materials and formats
Non-woven at 80 gsm — the entry tier drawstring pouch. Costs roughly 0.50 EUR per unit at 1,000 volume. Used for event swag bags and mass-market giveaways. Single-colour print only.
Cotton at 140 gsm — the mid-tier drawstring or zip pouch. Natural look, machine-washable, takes screen print and embroidery. The default for university welcome kits and ESG-conscious corporate welcome packs.
Canvas at 220 gsm — the premium tier zip pouch. Structured, durable, suitable for conference welcome kits and high-end corporate gifting. Often paired with a magnetic-close or YKK zip.
PU leather — the luxury tier zip pouch. Suitable for VIP kits, hotel amenity pouches, and premium client gifting. Embossed logo is the default decoration. Recycled PU (rPU) is the sustainable option at +15–20% premium.
Cordura (500D) — the outdoor tier. Water-resistant, abrasion-resistant, suitable for jeep safari first-aid kits, Troodos hiking club welcome kits.
Branding placement
Front-centre screen print at 200 × 100 mm is the standard. Front-centre embroidery at 80 × 60 mm is the premium tier. For PU leather, debossing (pressed into the leather without colour) at 60 × 40 mm is the corporate default; foil debossing (gold or silver foil pressed into the leather) at +0.80 EUR per unit reads as luxury. For drawstring pouches, screen print at 200 × 100 mm or embroidery at 80 × 60 mm centred on the front panel.
