Corporate merchandise programmes for Serbian enterprises
Multi-location enterprise merch programmes — formal procurement, audit-ready invoicing, branded goods at scale. Quotes in RSD, production in Belgrade.
What an enterprise merch programme looks like
Large Serbian enterprises — banks, telecoms, energy and oil companies, retail holding groups, public utilities — operate merch programmes that are functionally different from a one-off project. The order book is year-round: onboarding kits every quarter, branded giveaway batches for retail branches, roadshow and conference collateral, anniversary merchandise, VIP gifts for top clients and partners.
Volumes run from 200 to several thousand units per order, the SKU list runs from generic promo items to premium VIP sets, and the procurement function is its own stakeholder — with a tender process, formal RFQ documentation, anti-bribery compliance and a clear separation between the buyer and the receiving business unit. We work inside that structure: a fixed price list, named suppliers and substitutes, audit-ready invoices, and a written SLA on quality and delivery.
How the programme is structured
An enterprise programme with us is built around three fixed elements:
A SKU catalogue. The buyer and we agree on a list of approved products — typically 20 to 60 SKUs covering onboarding, retail giveaway, conference, anniversary and VIP gift tiers. Each SKU has a fixed unit price, a fixed decoration method and a fixed blank specification. The catalogue is reviewed annually and re-priced once a year, not per order.
A buffer and replenishment model. We hold a working buffer at our Belgrade warehouse against the agreed SKU list. Replenishment orders under the buffer threshold ship within 48 hours; replenishment orders above it follow the 5–10 working-day serial production window. The buffer size is calibrated against the enterprise's quarterly onboarding plan and retail branch restock cadence.
A procurement interface. Each enterprise programme has a named account lead on our side and a named procurement counterpart on the buyer side. All RFQs, POs, change requests and delivery confirmations go through the named pair on a shared template. We file the programme documentation — pricing approvals, blank specifications, decoration proofs — so audits can be answered without a phone call.
Product tiers and what they cover
Enterprise catalogues split cleanly into four tiers:
Promo tier. Entry-grade items for retail branches, mass events and trade-show giveaways. Branded pens, basic tote bags, stickers, mugs, lanyards and notebooks in uncoated stock. Unit cost typically RSD 30–120, runs from 500 to several thousand units per batch.
Onboarding tier. Mid-grade items issued to new hires: a heavier notebook, a metal pen, a tote in heavier canvas, a branded water bottle, and a small accessory. Quantities track the quarterly hiring cycle.
Conference and roadshow tier. Roll-up banners, table signage, branded folders, printed look-books, and small giveaway sets used at external events. Production windows are tight — typically 5–7 working days — and we hold a buffer of generic conference items at the warehouse.
VIP and gift tier. Premium items for top clients, board members and partner anniversaries: engraved pens, leather notebooks, branded glassware or metal accessories, gift boxes with hot-foil logos. Quantities are small — 10 to 100 units — and unit costs run higher to cover materials and labour.
Procurement, compliance and invoicing
Enterprise procurement has its own documentation expectations. We work to a written SLA on quality, delivery and rejection handling. Pricing is held on the agreed SKU catalogue for the term of the contract; changes go through a documented change request, not an informal quote revision.
Invoicing runs through SEF e-faktura with PDV 20% on every local invoice, and tax-free with an EUR.1 movement certificate for cross-border deliveries. For programmes that include international subsidiaries, we coordinate separate invoice streams per receiving entity so each subsidiary's VAT position stays clean.
On the compliance side, we keep ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), OEKO-TEX 100 (textile safety), FSC (sustainable forestry) and BSCI / Sedex (social audit) certificates available for procurement files. REACH SVHC and RoHS compliance are confirmed at SKU level rather than as a generic claim, since the relevant declaration depends on the specific product. We also sign anti-bribery and confidentiality clauses where the enterprise's procurement policy requires it.
Distribution across the Serbian footprint
Most enterprise programmes ship to multiple receiving addresses: HQ in Belgrade, regional offices in Novi Sad, Niš and Kragujevac, branch locations in Šabac, Zrenjanin, Subotica and Čačak, and occasionally a depot in Republika Srpska. We run multi-location distribution against a single PO, with a flat per-address surcharge and a labelled carton per receiving site.
same-day delivery in Belgrade, next-day in Novi Sad and Kragujevac, and 48-hour regional courier elsewhere in Serbia. For international subsidiaries, cross-border transit through customs in 24–48 hours with the EUR.1 certificate attached, and a DDP option for EU-destined shipments.
Serbia context for enterprise merch
The Serbian enterprise market — large banks, telecoms, energy companies, retail holding groups and public utilities — runs a more formal procurement model than the SME segment. The order book is dominated by tiered programmes rather than spot orders, and the buyer side is usually a procurement or marketing-procurement function with its own approval ladder.
We work with enterprise buyers across the listed-company, state-owned and large-private-company segments. The common profile is: a named programme lead on our side, an annual catalogue review, a fixed buffer model, and a written SLA on quality and delivery. Public-sector and regulated-industry buyers (financial services, energy, telecom) sometimes layer additional anti-bribery, data-handling or localisation clauses on top of the standard SLA; we accept them on a per-tender basis.
Frequently asked questions
What minimum order makes sense for an enterprise programme?
The promo tier usually starts at 500 units per SKU, with replenishment driven by buffer thresholds. Onboarding tier runs track the quarterly hiring cycle, typically 100–500 units per batch. VIP and gift tiers run from 10 units but at premium unit cost. The 30-unit Serbia baseline applies to pilot orders and SKU evaluation runs.
How long does an enterprise order take?
Replenishment orders under the buffer threshold ship within 48 hours. Serial production runs of 5–10 working days after strike-off sign-off; 8–14 working days for premium and VIP tiers. For enterprise roadshow orders we keep a 3-day express track available with a modest rush premium.
Can pricing be locked for the year against an annual SKU catalogue?
Yes. Annual catalogues are the standard model. We agree a unit price per SKU, a decoration method per SKU and a term (typically 12 months). The catalogue is re-priced once a year against raw-material and freight moves; intra-year changes go through a documented change request, not an informal quote revision.
Can the programme ship to multiple branches against a single PO?
Yes. Multi-location distribution is built in. We run a single PO with a labelled carton per receiving address and a flat per-address surcharge. Receiving sites can include HQ, regional offices, branch locations and, where relevant, cross-border subsidiaries.
Is Corp-Merch a partner or affiliate of my enterprise?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent merchandise production partner. We produce branded merchandise for many large enterprises, banks, telecoms and public companies across Serbia and the wider region, but we have no formal partnership, sponsorship or affiliation with the companies we supply. References to specific Serbian enterprises on this page are illustrative of the type of client we serve, not endorsements. Where a procurement contract requires a named-supplier register or an anti-bribery clause, we sign it at the procurement level — that is a contractual relationship, not a marketing partnership.
Can invoices be split between the enterprise and its subsidiaries?
Yes. For enterprise groups with multiple receiving entities we issue separate invoices per legal entity, each in the correct VAT regime — RSD with PDV 20% for Serbian-registered entities via SEF e-faktura, tax-free with EUR.1 for cross-border subsidiaries. Each entity's books close cleanly without manual reclassification.
