Corporate merchandise for Serbian hotel chains and hospitality groups
Branded in-room amenities, F&B packaging, staff uniforms and conference merchandise across the hotel chain — coordinated at the brand level, replenished per property. Quotes in RSD, production in Belgrade.
What a hotel-chain merch programme covers
Serbian hotel chains — international brands operating in Belgrade and the region (Hyatt Regency Belgrade, Crowne Plaza Belgrade, the Hilton Belgrade development, Radisson Blu properties in Belgrade and Niš) and home-grown hospitality groups running multi-property footprints — buy merchandise at the brand level but distribute and replenish it per property.
The workstreams are: in-room amenities (slippers, robes, vanity kits, welcome cards, branded water bottles), F&B packaging (branded to-go cups, room-service collateral, signature minibar accessories), back-of-house staff uniforms and front-of-house name badges, and conference and event merchandise for the property's group-business and banqueting function. Each workstream has its own SKU list, its own decoration specification and its own replenishment cadence, but they all run through the same brand book.
Guest-facing amenities and in-room merchandise
The in-room merchandise layer is the most visible part of a hotel-chain programme and the most brand-sensitive. Items include branded slippers, robes and towels, vanity kits (toothbrush, sewing kit, shaving kit), welcome cards and stationery, branded water bottles and glassware, and signature scent or amenity lines that carry the property's identity.
Decoration is usually embroidery for textiles (robes, slippers, towels) and pad printing or laser engraving for hard goods (glassware, bottles, amenity tins). Each SKU has a fixed specification per the brand standard — stitch count for embroidery, Pantone reference for printed items, logo placement by item — and the decoration file is locked at the brand level so every property reorders against the same artwork.
For chains that run sub-brands within the group (select-service vs. full-service vs. luxury), we maintain separate decoration files per sub-brand and price per spec. The catalogue structure mirrors the brand hierarchy so the property's general manager reorders against the right sub-brand list without having to check.
Staff uniforms and back-of-house items
Front-of-house and back-of-house uniforms run on a separate SKU list and a separate reorder cadence from guest amenities. Typical items include housekeeping and F&B uniforms (tunics, aprons, trousers, polo shirts), front-desk blazers and shirts, name badges with magnetic or pin backs, branded lanyards for management, and housekeeping accessories (branded laundry bags, amenity trays, room-service cloches).
Uniform decoration is usually embroidery with a fixed thread colour per role. Replenishment runs against the property's staffing plan — typically quarterly for high-rotation items (polo shirts, aprons) and annually for outerwear and formal pieces. We hold a small uniform buffer at the Belgrade warehouse for new-hire replacements, so a missing polo or apron for a new starter ships within 48 hours rather than waiting on the next quarterly run.
F&B packaging, signature items and banqueting collateral
The F&B layer of a hotel-chain programme is where the brand is most often improvised, and where consistency matters most. Branded paper cups and lids for the coffee shop and room service, branded to-go boxes, signature cocktail napkins and coasters, branded wine bags and gift boxes for the property's retail corner, and signature minibar accessories (branded glassware, ice buckets, branded snacks packaging).
For hotels with a signature restaurant or bar, we produce limited-run F&B merchandise tied to a specific concept: a branded cocktail menu holder, a signature coaster set, branded gift boxes for a holiday promotion, or a partnership item with a local producer. Quantities are smaller — typically 100 to 500 units per batch — and decoration is usually pad printing or hot-foil on premium stocks.
Banqueting and conference collateral is the third F&B workstream: branded menus, table signage, name badges, roll-up banners, and printed welcome cards for groups and conferences held at the property. These run on tight windows (typically 5–7 working days) and ship to the property the day before the event.
Conference, event and group-business merchandise
Hotel chains with significant conference and group-business volume produce merchandise for hosted events: branded delegate folders, lanyards and badges, conference giveaways, roll-up banners and table signage, branded water bottles and notepads for the delegate kit, and signature VIP gifts for keynote speakers and major accounts.
This workstream pulls from both the property's standing conference SKU list (generic items held at the warehouse) and from per-event customisation (logos, dates, theme). For properties that host multiple conferences per week, we keep a working buffer of generic conference items (blank lanyards, blank folders, blank bottles) at the Belgrade warehouse so the per-event customisation adds only the print step.
For large group bookings — corporate offsites, wedding packages, conference delegations — the merchandise order runs alongside the property's event production and ships in labelled cartons to the loading dock on a specific date and time. Coordination with the event team is done through a named account lead on our side and the property's events manager.
Procurement, replenishment and multi-property distribution
Hotel-chain procurement runs at the brand or ownership level, but distribution and replenishment run per property. We work against a multi-property catalogue with per-property pricing where the property is a separate legal entity (typical for franchise or management-contract models), or against a single brand-level catalogue where the chain owns the property directly.
Distribution inside Serbia is express for central Belgrade properties, next-day for Niš, Novi Sad and Kragujevac, and 48-hour regional courier elsewhere in the country. We hold a working buffer of high-rotation items at the Belgrade warehouse (uniform pieces, conference generics, in-room amenity refills) so replenishment orders under the buffer threshold ship within 48 hours without going through the full serial production window.
Invoicing runs through SEF e-faktura with PDV 20% for each receiving property. For chains with regional properties in Republika Srpska, Montenegro or Bosnia and Herzegovina, we coordinate separate invoice streams per legal entity so each property's books close cleanly. ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX 100 and FSC certificates are available for procurement files; OEKO-TEX 100 is especially relevant for in-room textiles and robes.
Frequently asked questions
How is a hotel-chain catalogue structured?
The catalogue is built around four workstreams: guest amenities (slippers, robes, vanity kits, welcome cards, in-room glassware), staff uniforms (front-of-house and back-of-house, with role-specific decoration), F&B packaging (branded cups, napkins, glassware, gift boxes), and conference and event merchandise (delegate kits, signage, giveaways). For chains with sub-brands (select-service vs. full-service vs. luxury), each sub-brand has its own decoration file and price list.
Can each property be invoiced separately?
Yes. We issue separate invoices per receiving legal entity, which is the typical structure for franchise or management-contract models where each property is its own operating company. Invoices run through SEF e-faktura with PDV 20% per property. For chains with regional properties in Republika Srpska, Montenegro or Bosnia and Herzegovina, we coordinate separate invoice streams per jurisdiction so each property's books close cleanly.
What minimum run makes sense for hotel-chain merch?
In-room amenities and uniform pieces typically run from 100 to 500 units per property per batch, calibrated against the property's room count and staffing. F&B packaging starts at 500 units per SKU for printed cups and napkins. Conference generics start at 200 units. Pilot orders and new SKU evaluation runs follow the 30-unit Serbia baseline.
How long does a hotel-chain order take?
Replenishment orders against a stocked buffer ship within 48 hours. Serial production runs of 5–10 working days after strike-off sign-off. Premium and gift tiers (robes, signature glassware, partner gifts) run 8–14 working days. For conference and event merchandise we keep a 3-day express track available with a modest rush premium, since most properties run against a fixed event date.
Can decoration files be held at the brand standard?
Yes. We store decoration files as versioned brand assets — embroidery stitch counts, Pantone references, logo placements, material specifications — so every property reorders against the same artwork. Sub-brand variants are stored separately. Brand-standard updates are pushed to all properties at once, with a transition window for items already in production.
Is Corp-Merch a partner or affiliate of any Serbian hotel chain?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent merchandise production partner. We produce branded merchandise for hotel chains, hospitality groups and individual properties across Serbia and the wider region, but we have no formal partnership, sponsorship or affiliation with the chains or brands we supply. References to specific hotel chains on this page are illustrative of the type of client we serve, not endorsements. Where a procurement contract requires a named-supplier register or an anti-bribery clause, we sign it at the procurement level — that is a contractual relationship, not a marketing partnership.
