Branding methods

Sublimation

Sublimation is assessed against the product material, artwork detail, colour count, print area, wear conditions and quantity. We confirm the practical limits on the selected item before a quote is accepted.

Selection and specification

Compare samples and exact SKU data rather than relying on a generic product photo. Confirm dimensions, material, colours, available branding area and packing format. For apparel, include a size breakdown and a small operational reserve. For electronic products, request the documentation supplied for that exact model.

Artwork and proof

Vector artwork is preferred for logos and small text. The proof should show placement, scale and colour references. Production starts after written approval of the current proof version. Any later change requires a new check.

Packing and distribution

Individual boxes, name labels, size labels, department sorting and multi-address dispatch can be included in the brief. Venue deliveries need a named consignee, permitted delivery window and current organiser instructions.

What to include in the brief

Send the product list or purpose, expected quantities, required sizes and colours, artwork files, target date, delivery city and any packaging rules. If the range is still open, state the audience and budget band. The quote can then separate product, branding, packaging and logistics instead of hiding them in one total.

What is checked before release

We review the approved item, artwork version, placement, readable size, colour reference, packaging and labelling. Material or certification claims are accepted only for the specific SKU and supporting document. Production and delivery dates are confirmed after stock, proof and destination checks.

Questions buyers should settle

When should production start?

Start when the event or handover date, quantity and artwork owner are known. The exact schedule is confirmed after stock, decoration and destination checks.

Can an order be split between locations?

Yes. Provide a destination list and labelling rule before packing begins. Each shipment can be recorded separately.

Is a sample available?

A digital proof is part of the approval process. Physical samples depend on the selected item, available stock and schedule.

How are sustainability claims checked?

Request evidence for the exact SKU, material and certification scope. A broad catalogue label is not sufficient evidence for a specific order.

Request an itemised quote

Send the purpose, products, quantity, deadline, delivery city and artwork status. The response can separate product, decoration, packaging and logistics.
