ADIPEC Abu Dhabi merch for Serbian oil & gas exhibitors

Planning branded apparel, booth giveaways, lead-capture gifts and VIP kits for a Serbian team heading to ADNEC. We coordinate production, export paperwork, and last-mile delivery from Belgrade so the stand is ready before doors open.

Why it matters for Serbia
Serbian fabricators and engineering firms supplying upstream and midstream projects in the Gulf treat ADIPEC as a fixed annual touchpoint

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre sits about twenty minutes from Belgrade's sister offices at the Etihad Hub by air, and most Serbian exhibitors route the team through Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG) with a connection via one of the European hubs. The merch programme has to clear customs and the ADNEC freight window in the same week the team arrives, so any production slippage in Serbia shows up at the stand on day one. That is the entire reason ADIPEC planning for Serbian teams starts eight weeks out instead of four.

ADIPEC is an exhibition floor where decision-makers walk the halls in person, and the merchandise budget is one of the few things a Serbian SME controls directly. Whether the team is exhibiting under the energy and utilities industry heading or as an EPC subcontractor, the merch is the only object that stays behind at the booth after the lights go out — a tote bag in a procurement manager's hand at Abu Dhabi airport is the kind of detail that converts a five-minute conversation into a follow-up call.

Recommended merch mix for a Serbian ADIPEC stand

Booth staff apparel

Polos and lightweight jackets branded with the Serbian company mark on the chest and country of origin on the sleeve. Sizes allocated by shift so the stand is fully staffed in matching apparel from open to close. See our classic polo and softshell jacket ranges for the most-requested ADIPEC cuts.

High-volume giveaways

Lanyards, conference totes, notebooks, pens and reusable water bottles specified for fast booth hand-out across the four days. Production runs from our sourcing partners with EU-origin options for clients that need to bypass Gulf import paperwork.

Lead-capture gifts

Power banks, charging cables and leather-look desk accessories reserved for qualified conversations. We split the allocation into a "scan to unlock" tier and a "post-meeting follow-up" tier with separate packaging.

VIP and speaker kits

Premium notebooks, insulated drinkware and compact gift boxes prepared by recipient tier. Speaker kits include an engraved pen and a leather-look portfolio — see our A5 leather notebook specification.

Production and shipping from Belgrade to ADNEC

Production for an ADIPEC run usually splits across two locations: the apparel and bag orders run from our European production partners with a four-week lead, and the higher-volume giveaways (lanyards, pens, notebooks) come from Asia with a six-week lead and consolidated freight. We do not mix the two shipments into one airway bill — apparel is the bottleneck, and giveaways absorb any freight slippage without delaying the stand.

For Serbian exporters we prepare the standard export packet: pro-forma invoice in RSD or EUR per the client's preference, packing list with HS codes, EUR.1 movement certificate where applicable, and a commercial invoice with the Serbian exporter's PIB. The customs clearance service handles UAE-side import paperwork through our Jebel Ali partner, which is the standard entry port for ADNEC deliveries.

ADNEC is a controlled venue — deliveries go through the marshalling yard at the back of the hall, and the freight window is normally limited to a four-hour slot per exhibitor in the two days before the show opens. We reconfirm the slot with the venue logistics team the week before and label every carton with the stand number, hall, and the named consignee on-site. Hotel or local warehouse delivery is sometimes the safer option when the freight window collides with the team's travel day.

Currency and payment are quoted in EUR by default with RSD conversion on the invoice at the NBS middle rate on the day of issue. Serbian clients that invoice through PKS-recognised exporters can use the standard 30/70 milestone structure: 30% on order confirmation, 70% on pre-shipment inspection.

Planning timeline for a Serbian ADIPEC team

  1. Eight weeks before: lock the item list, quantities and print methods; confirm stand number and hall with the ADIPEC exhibitor manual.
  2. Six weeks before: approve a physical or production-grade sample from each category; artwork signed off in all required languages.
  3. Four weeks before: apparel production finished and inspected; Asian giveaways consolidated at the Jebel Ali warehouse.
  4. Two weeks before: goods received at ADNEC marshalling yard or local hotel; on-site contact briefed; stand assembly scheduled.
  5. Show week: top-up giveaways held in reserve at the hotel for re-stocking the booth on days two and three.

ADIPEC venue and shipping details

ADNEC is in the Al Rawdah area of Abu Dhabi, about twenty minutes by car from Abu Dhabi International Airport and twenty-five minutes from the downtown hotel cluster. The venue has its own freight marshalling yard with restricted access hours during the show. Serbian exhibitors usually book the freight slot for the afternoon before the team arrives and route a courier from the Jebel Ali warehouse.

The ADIPEC exhibitor manual specifies the badge types and access hours for the setup days. We do not invent badge types or freight slots — we read the manual and follow it. Where a detail is not in the manual, we leave it at city level and flag it for the client to confirm with the organiser.

For the merchandise programme itself, the most common items in 2025 ADIPEC programmes were branded water bottles, lanyards, conference totes, and notebooks. Premium categories (leather portfolios, insulated drinkware, power banks) move up the list for VIP-only stands. We propose the split based on the stand size and audience tier rather than a flat ratio.

How we work with Serbian ADIPEC teams

Most Serbian clients we work with for ADIPEC are repeat exhibitors — they have a stand size, a usual booth location in one of the upstream or midstream halls, and a team of four to eight people who travel from Belgrade, Novi Sad or Pančevo. The merch programme usually sits with the marketing or office manager, and the production schedule needs to fit around their travel to the event itself.

We run the project from our project management desk in Belgrade, with weekly status calls and a shared folder for artwork, proofs, and shipping documents. The on-site contact in Abu Dhabi is usually the same person year-on-year, which simplifies the consignee and freight handover.

For Serbian clients that attend ADIPEC through a parent company or a regional partner, we coordinate the merchandise split between the parent brand and the local entity, with separate packing lists and separate invoices. This is the most common arrangement for EPC contractors exhibiting under both their Serbian subsidiary and their regional brand.

We do not promise official partnerships, sponsorship slots, or speaker badges. What we do promise is the merch programme being on the stand when the doors open, packed by recipient tier, with the Serbian company's branding on every item.

Frequently asked questions about ADIPEC merch

When should a Serbian team place the ADIPEC merch order?

Eight weeks before the show gives the safest choice of products and branding methods. Shorter programmes are possible when stock is available in Europe and the ADNEC freight window is open, but the cost is usually higher and the selection narrower. We recommend starting the conversation as soon as the stand is confirmed with the organiser.

Can the order ship directly to ADNEC?

Yes, when the organiser or venue has confirmed the delivery window, freight route and named consignee. The freight slot at ADNEC is usually limited to a four-hour window in the two days before the show opens, so the timing has to be agreed with the venue in advance.

Can we split the order by audience tier?

Yes. Staff apparel, general giveaways, qualified-lead gifts and VIP kits are packed and labelled as separate allocations. We label each carton with the tier, the recipient count, and the on-site contact so the booth team can re-stock by tier during the show.

Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of ADIPEC?

No. Corp-Merch is an independent supplier that helps participating companies prepare their own merchandise. We do not organise, sponsor or represent ADIPEC, and we are not affiliated with ADNEC or the event's owner. This page is a planning resource for exhibitors.
