The Serbian retail sector in 2026
Serbian retail spans the leading supermarket and FMCG chains (Delhaize Serbia / Maxi, Mercator / Idea, Lidl Serbia, Gomex, Univerexport, DIS, Aroma, PerSu, Tempo, Metro), the fashion and footwear chains (Fashion&Friends, N Sport, Planika, ZARA, H&M, Reserved, Sinsay, C&A, LC Waikiki, Pepco), the beauty and personal-care chains (Lilly, dm drogerie, Sephora), the electronics chains (Gigatron, Tehnomanija, WinWin, ePlaneta), and the e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands (Limundo, Kupindo, Ananas, Shoppster.rs, the regional marketplace tier).
Merch programmes in the retail sector split into four recurring workstreams. The first is loyalty programme merch — branded merchandise redeemable as loyalty points across the chain's loyalty programme catalogue, including tote bags, drinkware, picnic sets, branded confectionery, premium wireless speakers, and the seasonal gift-with-purchase tier. The second is store-staff uniforms — branded aprons, polos, button shirts, name tags, lanyards — produced to the chain's colour set, visual identity, and Pantone, with sizing runs absorbed into the lead time.
The third is seasonal campaign merch — back-to-school, summer, Black Friday, Christmas, Serbian Slava-tier campaigns — produced in high-volume silkscreen or DTF runs with capacity reserved at our Belgrade and Novi Sad partners for the campaign windows. The fourth is e-commerce unboxing and store-event merch — branded tissue paper, stickers, branded tape, gift-with-purchase items, store-event giveaways — produced at the SKU level for the chain's e-commerce fulfilment.
