T-shirts for the fintech sector (Serbia)

Modern branded t-shirts for Serbian fintech teams — Belgrade-based product companies, payment processors and digital-wallet startups. OEKO-TEX combed cotton, DTF and screen print, RSD pricing, MOQ from 30 units.

How Serbian fintech teams use branded t-shirts

Belgrade is the regional centre for fintech in the Western Balkans. Companies in the scene — Plenty (Belgrade), MobilPay, 3Bank, the wider New Belgrade and Savski Venac tech-park cluster — use branded t-shirts for hackathon weekends, demo-day crews, recruitment open-house events, internal all-hands and Friday socials. A t-shirt is the most practical uniform item for an engineering-led team that defaults to hoodies and trainers; it sits well above the tech-startup look without crossing into the formal bank uniform.

Conference merch is the second major use: Serbian fintech teams attend Money 20/20, PayExpo, FT Belgrade Finance Week and the EBA retail-payments conference, and need a tee that holds up across a three-day event with daily laundering. Recruitment kits are the third use — onboarding packs that combine a tee, a notebook and a hoodie, all in the same fabric and colour, that new hires receive in their first week.

Fabrics and modern finish

For product and engineering teams we default to a 160 gsm ringspun cotton with a softer hand-feel than the bank-uniform 180 gsm. The lighter weight suits the startup wardrobe and is more comfortable under a hoodie. For client-facing and conference crews we step up to a 180 gsm 100% combed cotton with a 1×1 rib crew neck — the same fabric as the bank tier, in a more relaxed cut.

Both weights are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Standard colourways are navy, charcoal, dark grey and the brand-colour match on request. Fintech palette is typically wider than the bank palette: teal, electric blue and a deeper purple are common, and we can dye-lot to Pantone Coated references for runs above 200 units.

Decoration: DTF and screen print for the fintech look

DTF (direct-to-film) is the right call when the fintech wants a full-colour logo, an event graphic or a campaign illustration on the back. DTF has no per-colour setup fee, which makes it economical for short runs (50–200 pieces) and for one-off conference merch. The print sits flat against the fabric and survives regular washing without cracking.

Screen print is the workhorse for monochrome marks — for example a one-colour white logo on a navy tee, or a tonal-on-tonal decoration where the logo sits one shade off the ground colour. Plastisol ink on cotton at 160–180 gsm holds detail at 60 cm viewing and survives the laundering cycle. Plastisol is reserved for very large volumes above 500 units where the per-unit setup amortises.

Conference merch and recruitment kits

Conference merch is packed flat — 25 per master carton — so a logistics lead can ship directly to the venue loading dock without re-packaging. For Money 20/20, the Sibos payments congress, and the regional Western Balkans fintech meetups in Belgrade, we usually pack two tees per attendee (one chest print, one back-print campaign) plus a few hundred buffer units for booth visitors.

Recruitment kits combine a tee with a notebook (A5 hardbound or softbound), a pen and a welcome card. All items are packed into a recycled card kit-box with a printed belly band listing the company name and the new hire's start date. We deliver to the Belgrade office or to a regional hub in Novi Sad or Niš.

Belgrade venues for hackathons, demo-days and team socials

Hackathons usually take place at Impact Hub Belgrade or the Startit co-working space in Savamala, with after-parties at Sava Centar or on river-raft venues along the Sava and Danube. Demo-days and investor events are usually at Hyatt Regency Belgrade or Crowne Plaza Belgrade. Team socials tend to be at private venues — Ada Ciganlija, the Belgrade Forest (Košutnjak) or one of the raft-restaurants along the Sava.

We size run quantities to the venue headcount and ship to the loading dock with a printed manifest. For multi-venue hackathons we pack by team colour so registration tables can hand out the right size and colour without further sorting.

Runs, lead times and budgets

MOQ is 30 units for stock colourways and 50 units for custom dye-lot orders. Lead time is 10–14 business days after artwork approval, depending on DTF or screen-print setup. A 5-business-day rush is available for stock colours with a rush premium. Custom dye-lots cannot be rushed.

Pricing is in RSD per unit. Ballpark figures for 2026: ringspun cotton tee printed in a single colour sits in the four-figure RSD range per unit, full-colour DTF or premium combed-cotton tier runs higher. Final pricing depends on artwork, run size, decoration method and delivery window. We confirm pricing in writing before production starts.

Frequently asked questions

Which t-shirt fabric suits fintech staff best?

A 160 gsm ringspun cotton for product and engineering teams, stepping up to 180 gsm 100% combed cotton for client-facing and conference tiers. Both weights are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. The lighter weight suits the startup wardrobe; the heavier weight reads as more premium.

Can you match our fintech's brand Pantone?

Yes — for runs over 200 units we custom dye to Pantone Coated references. Smaller runs use stock colours from our library. Fintech palette is typically wider than the bank palette (teal, electric blue, deeper purple) and we can match the full range. We do not charge a Pantone-match surcharge for runs above 500 units.

Are the t-shirts OEKO-TEX certified?

Yes — every t-shirt we supply is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, which matters for staff skin contact during long hackathon weekends and for any conference where the garments are given to external visitors.

What is the rush window for a 50-piece emergency?

5 business days for stock colours with a rush premium. Custom dye-lots cannot be rushed because the dyeing stage alone takes 5–7 business days. Call by Wednesday for a Monday ship-out to a Belgrade loading dock.

Do you supply crew kits with multiple items?

Yes — recruitment kits combine a tee with a notebook, a pen and a welcome card, packed into a recycled card kit-box. We also run matching t-shirts, polos, hoodies and caps in the same fabric and colour for full onboarding packs.

Can you print a large back graphic?

Yes — DTF on the back reproduces large graphics cleanly and is the right call for short runs because there is no setup cost. Screen print is cheaper per unit on runs above 300 units, especially when the back graphic is one or two spot colours.

Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of any Serbian fintech?

No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate-merch producer. We are not a partner, sponsor or official supplier of Plenty, MobilPay, 3Bank or any other Serbian fintech. Company names referenced on this page are used to describe the addressable customer profile only.
