Hoodies for the fintech sector (Serbia)
Branded hoodies for Serbian fintech teams — Plenty, MobilPay, 3Bank, Yettel Bank, m:tel Bank, Wavepad, A Banka. Modern finish, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, embroidery and DTF, MOQ 30 units, EUR quotes from Belgrade.
Why this combination works in Serbian fintech
Fintech teams in Serbia already treat the hoodie as part of the office uniform rather than a casual-Friday perk. Product, engineering and growth teams at Plenty, MobilPay, 3Bank, Yettel Bank, m:tel Bank and Wavepad wear branded hoodies on the office floor, on recruitment days at Belgrade universities, at hackathons and at industry events hosted at Impact Hub Belgrade, Sava Centar and the Crowne Plaza. A fintech hoodie needs to read as a piece of merchandise — soft enough to wear under a laptop bag strap, sharp enough to wear in front of a partner bank on a co-launch day.
The difference from banking is the cut and the colour palette. Fintech leans towards a slightly slimmer cut, a softer hand-feel and a colour palette that can carry a brand accent — teal, coral, electric blue, lime — without breaking into streetwear. Embroidery in the brand colour, on the chest left, is the standard. A small embroidered crest on the sleeve is the common add-on for the founding-team kit.
Models and materials that fit
For most Serbian fintech teams we default to a 280 gsm 70/30 cotton-poly fleece with a brushed inner, a slim unisex cut, a self-fabric drawstring and a YKK metal eyelet. The weight holds shape through a full office day and the brushed inner is comfortable over a T-shirt without needing a base layer. For a heavier winter kit — a December recruitment drive, a January partner launch — we run a 320 gsm 80/20 cotton-poly in the same cut, which gives a more substantial drape and a slightly higher perceived quality.
Both fabric families are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Standard colourways for the base layer are charcoal, anthracite, off-black, dark navy and stone — all neutral enough to carry a brand-colour embroidery without clashing. Brand-accent hoodies (the brand colour as the main fabric) are quoted per project on a 100+ unit MOQ because of the dye-lot minimum. We do not run fluorescent or high-vis colourways for fintech accounts.
Print and branding approaches
3D embroidery on the chest left is the standard for fintech — the brand mark in the brand colour, on a charcoal or navy base, reads as restrained tech rather than promotional. Tonal-on-tonal embroidery (charcoal on charcoal, navy on navy) is the most restrained finish and the right call when the brand identity is monochrome. A small embroidered crest on the sleeve or a one-colour DTF mark on the back yoke is the standard add-on for the founding-team kit.
DTF (direct-to-film) is used on the back when the team wants a larger graphic — a product launch line, a partnership banner, a year-end event tag — and is the right call for short runs because there is no setup cost. Screen print is reserved for very large volumes above 300 units. We digitise the brand mark in-house; logos above 10,000 stitches on a 280 gsm base get a tear-away backing patch so the embroidery sits flat.
Bundling and packaging
Standard staff hoodies are folded into a polybag with a printed belly band that carries the brand mark and the size. New-joiner kits go into a rigid mailer box with a printed welcome card, the hoodie, a notebook and a thermal mug — the standard onboarding package at most Serbian fintechs. Event-attendee hoodies (for hackathons, demo days and partner events at Sava Centar, Crowne Plaza and Hyatt Regency) ship flat-packed in corrugated outers, with a sponsor panel belly band where the brief calls for it.
For teams running both a staff kit and a recruitment kit, we split a single production run across the two pack styles. Artwork is held in our system so a re-order does not drift between the staff tier and the recruitment tier.
Runs, lead times and budgets
MOQ is 30 units for stock colourways and 50 for custom dye-lot or brand-colour runs. Standard lead time is 12–18 business days after artwork approval, depending on embroidery digitisation. A 5-day rush is available on stock colours with a rush premium; brand-accent dye-lots cannot be rushed because the dyeing stage alone takes 5–7 business days.
Pricing is quoted per project in EUR. We do not publish a single per-unit figure because fabric weight, decoration method and run size move the number on every brief. The cleanest way to get a real figure is to send a one-line brief with quantity, fabric and decoration, and we come back with a written quote the same business day. A 50/50 payment split is standard for new fintech accounts.
Serbia context
Most fintech hoodie orders run through our Belgrade hub and ship to the company office (clustered around New Belgrade, Savski Venac and the central business district), to a co-working space like Impact Hub Belgrade, or to an event venue. Belgrade hosts the bulk of Serbia's fintech activity — Plenty and Wavepad run product and engineering in the capital, MobilPay's parent Tintex is anchored in Belgrade, 3Bank and A Banka operate out of New Belgrade, Yettel Bank and m:tel Bank are based in the central district. The biggest recruitment cycles are September–October and January–February.
We are not affiliated with any Serbian fintech company or industry event. Every brief is taken on its own terms and we do not represent ourselves as an official partner of Plenty, MobilPay, 3Bank, Yettel Bank, m:tel Bank, Wavepad, A Banka or any other Serbian fintech we produce hoodies for. Founders, HR leads and office managers engage us directly.
Frequently asked questions
Which hoodie fabric suits fintech staff best?
A poly-cotton fleece blend — 70/30 cotton-poly at 280 gsm — is the right default for Serbian fintech staff. The weight holds shape through a full office day, the brushed inner carries over a T-shirt without a base layer, and the cut sits well under a laptop bag strap. For a heavier winter kit we move to 320 gsm 80/20 in the same slim unisex cut.
Can you match our fintech's Pantone for the brand-colour run?
Yes — for runs over 100 units we custom dye to Pantone Coated references supplied by the team. Smaller runs use stock colours from our library; speak to us about the closest match if the brand colour is outside the standard palette. We hold the dye-lot recipe on file so a re-order in 2027 matches the 2026 specification exactly.
Are the hoodies OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes — every hoodie we supply for fintech accounts is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, which matters for staff who wear the hoodie as the daily office uniform rather than a one-off item. The certification covers the fabric, the thread and the trims (drawstring, eyelets, zipper where present). The certificate is shipped with the delivery note on request.
What is the rush window for a 50-piece emergency?
5 business days for stock colours with a rush premium. Custom dye-lots and brand-accent runs cannot be rushed because the dyeing stage alone takes 5–7 business days. Call by Wednesday for a Monday ship-out from our Belgrade hub.
Do you supply matching sweatpants?
Yes — we run matching sweatpants in the same fabric and colour as our hoodie ranges. Founding-team kits and new-joiner kits are usually one hoodie plus one sweatpants, packed together in a kit-bag with the brand mark on both pieces. Matching sweatpants are quoted on the same brief at no extra setup cost.
Can we add a small embroidered crest on the sleeve?
Yes — a small embroidered crest on the left sleeve is the standard add-on for founding-team kits and is digitised in-house at no extra artwork charge above a 30-unit run. We hold the crest digitisation on file so future orders reproduce the same mark exactly.
Is Corp-Merch a partner of Plenty, MobilPay, 3Bank, Yettel Bank or any other Serbian fintech?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate-merch producer. We are not a partner, sponsor, official supplier or licensee of Plenty, MobilPay, 3Bank, Yettel Bank, m:tel Bank, Wavepad, A Banka or any other Serbian fintech or event organiser we produce hoodies for. Founders, HR leads and office managers engage us directly on a project basis.

What's next
Send a one-line brief — team, fabric preference (280 gsm everyday or 320 gsm winter), quantity, target delivery date — and we come back the same business day with a written quote, a fabric swatch and a digitised embroidery proof on the brand mark. If the brief also covers new-joiner welcome packs, hackathon attendee hoodies, matching sweatpants for the founding kit, or thermal mugs for the office kitchen, mention them up front and we can bundle production so the whole order ships in one window from our Belgrade hub.
