Thermal mugs for the sports sector (Serbia)
Stainless-steel double-wall thermal mugs for Serbian sports clubs, fan groups and gyms. Sponsorship gifts and supporter merch, from 36 units, 7–10 working days from our Belgrade kit line.
Why sports clubs order thermal mugs
The SuperLiga and Prva Liga clubs that matter for merchandising in Serbia — FK Crvena Zvezda, FK Partizan, FK Vojvodina in Novi Sad, and FK Čukarički on the Banovo Brdo side of Belgrade — all run active sponsor and supporter programmes. A thermal mug is one of the standard items in the sponsor-gift tier: durable enough to sit on a sponsor's desk for years, personal enough to carry a club crest, and priced in a band that lets a club issue a hundred units per sponsor without exhausting the partnership budget.
Three sports use cases drive the volume. The first is the sponsor gift — a club sends a thermal mug to each season sponsor at the start of the autumn or spring half of the season, often paired with a season ticket and a handwritten-style card from the commercial director. The second is the supporter-club drop — a fan-club branch orders mugs with the club crest plus the supporter-club chapter name, sold to members at cost or distributed at the stadium before kick-off. The third is the gym and CrossFit-box welcome pack — independent gyms around Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš hand a thermal mug to every new joiner on the first day, alongside a shaker bottle and a printed induction card.
The thermal mug works for all three because the format survives being knocked around in a kit bag, the laser engraving holds its colour against a year of dishwasher cycles, and the per-unit cost stays inside a sponsorship budget that sponsors will sign off on without a procurement escalation.
Models and materials that fit
The default is a 350 ml stainless-steel double-wall vacuum body with a screw-on lid and a powder-coat finish in club colour. This is the format used for the standard sponsor-gift tier and for the gym welcome pack — the silhouette fits an espresso-machine pod and the body colour takes the club mark cleanly.
For premium sponsor tiers — the top three to five kit partners and the season-ticket VIP holders — we move to a 450 ml brushed-stainless body with a copper-lined inner wall and a leather-look wrap. The copper lining extends heat retention, and the wrap carries a debossed club crest alongside the sponsor mark. This format reads as a hand-over gift rather than an office supply.
For the supporter-club drop, a 300 ml slim-can format with a matte rubber-paint finish in the club's secondary colour works well — it slips into a jacket pocket or a stadium-seat cup-holder, and the rubber finish gives a tactile point of difference on the supporter-club merchandise table. A second option is a 500 ml handled mug for the autumn and winter match days at Stadion Rajko Mitić and Stadion JNA, when supporters want something larger that stays warm across a 90-minute match.
Prints and branding approaches
Laser engraving is the standard for sports thermal mugs. The laser removes the powder-coat layer and exposes the raw stainless below — the mark is permanent, dishwasher-safe, and survives being knocked around in a kit bag. A single-colour club crest engraved on the front panel is the most common spec; a second colour fill on the engraving (typically red on a white mug for FK Vojvodina, black-and-white for FK Partizan, red-and-white for FK Crvena Zvezda) is the upgrade for sponsor-gift tiers.
UV print is the right method for full-colour reproductions of a club crest or a sponsor co-brand. UV print sits on top of the powder coat and carries gradients and small text well, but it costs about 30 percent more per unit than laser and is reserved for the sponsor-gift and supporter-club drops where the mark has to read in colour rather than as an etched line.
For race-day and marathon giveaways — the Belgrade Marathon, the Novi Sad Marathon, the Niš marathon, and a handful of regional half-marathons — UV print on a 300 ml slim-can is the standard, because the race logo is full-colour and the run is the unit-priority use case.
Bundling and packaging
For the sponsor gift, the mug ships in a rigid lift-off-lid box with a foam inlay and a printed belly band carrying the club crest. The box doubles as a presentation gift and as a way to mail the mug across to a sponsor's office in another city without damage. A handwritten-style thank-you card is slotted into the lid.
For the gym welcome pack, the mug ships in a stock kraft two-piece carton with a paper sleeve printed with the gym's wordmark. The per-unit packaging cost stays low (around RSD 120), and the gym's reception team assembles welcome packs on the day a new joiner arrives.
For the supporter-club drop, the mug ships bulk-packed twenty-five per master carton with a polybag sleeve. The supporter-club chapter handles the venue-side unpacking; we do not pack individual boxes because the unit cost and the cardboard waste do not justify the format change for a 200-unit stadium-table drop.
Runs, lead times, and budgets
MOQ is 36 units for the 350 ml standard body, 24 units for the 450 ml premium tier, and 60 units for the 300 ml slim-can race format. Lead time is 7–10 working days for laser-engraved orders up to 200 units, and 12–15 working days for UV-printed or multi-colour runs because of the cure cycle.
Pricing in RSD per unit, ex-VAT (20% PDV added on the invoice):
- 350 ml laser-engraved standard: RSD 820–1 500 per unit at MOQ, dropping to RSD 700–1 250 at 200 units.
- 350 ml UV print club crest: RSD 1 250–1 950 per unit.
- 450 ml copper-lined leather-look: RSD 2 100–3 400 per unit.
- 300 ml slim-can race format: RSD 950–1 600 per unit.
Artwork digitisation on a first-order job is RSD 4 000–9 000 per crest or sponsor mark, deductible against the main invoice. Re-orders using the saved file run at no setup fee. Quotes are returned in RSD by default; EUR equivalents on request at the daily NBS rate.
Serbia context
Most sports thermal-mug orders out of Serbia originate in Belgrade (the FK Crvena Zvezda and FK Partizan commercial offices, plus the FK Čukarički office at the Banovo Brdo ground) and in Novi Sad (FK Vojvodina at Stadion Karađorđe). Smaller flows come from Subotica, Niš and Kragujevac clubs, plus the Belgrade Marathon organisation office and the Serbian Athletic Federation.
Production is routed through our Belgrade kit line for laser engraving and assembly, with the stainless bodies and lids sourced from EU-certified partners (REACH declarations available on request). Local fulfilment means a 100-unit sponsor-gift order can be on a sponsor's reception desk in five working days; a 200-unit supporter-club stadium drop ships to Stadion Rajko Mitić or Stadion JNA two working days ahead of the fixture.
We do not stock finished mugs — every order is decorated and assembled after the artwork is approved. This keeps the club-colour powder-coat consistent between re-orders, which matters for clubs that issue a fresh sponsor-gift mug every season as the partnership roster turns over.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for a club-crest thermal mug?
36 units for the standard 350 ml body in club colours, 24 units for the 450 ml premium copper-lined tier, 60 units for the 300 ml slim-can race format. Below these thresholds the per-unit cost rises sharply because the powder-coat setup and the laser file preparation don't amortise. For clubs trialling a mug format for the first time, we run a 12-piece strike-off at a higher per-unit fee (RSD 2 400 each) so the commercial team can photograph the actual piece before committing to a full sponsor-gift run.
Can you match a specific club colour on the powder coat?
Yes. We stock the standard red-and-white and black-and-white club palettes; for Pantone-matched custom colours we route the order to a partner line that handles small-batch powder coating. The setup fee is RSD 22 000–48 000 per custom colour, which is amortised into the per-unit price for season-long runs above 500 units.
How long does a thermal mug keep coffee hot during a match?
The 350 ml double-wall vacuum holds coffee above 60 °C for about four hours. The 450 ml copper-lined version extends that to about five hours. The 500 ml handled mug, which is the autumn-and-winter match-day option, holds heat for a similar five-hour window because of the larger thermal mass. All three figures assume the lid is closed.
Can you engrave a sponsor mark alongside the club crest?
Yes. Co-branded sponsor gifts are the standard brief for the top-tier sponsor partnerships. We lay out the artwork with the club crest on one side and the sponsor wordmark or logo on the other, both laser-engraved to keep the finish consistent. A second colour fill is added on the crest or the sponsor mark when the brief calls for the club's accent colour.
Can you ship directly to a stadium on a fixture day?
Yes. We coordinate stadium deliveries with the FK Crvena Zvezda and FK Partizan commercial offices and with the FK Vojvodina office in Novi Sad. The courier slot is booked two working days ahead, and the kit is delivered to the loading bay at Stadion Rajko Mitić, Stadion JNA, or Stadion Karađorđe inside the standard B2B window. We do not handle fan-side distribution; the club's own supporter-club chapters pick up from the venue.
Are the mugs safe for a gym dishwasher cycle?
Hand-wash is recommended for laser-engraved marks. A commercial dishwasher will not damage the engraving itself, but the powder-coat colour holds better under hand-wash conditions over a year of daily use. For gym welcome packs we print a one-line care instruction on the underside of the kraft sleeve so new joiners see it on day one.
Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of any club or federation on this page?
No. Corp-Merch is a B2B merchandise supplier. We coordinate production and decoration on a per-order basis and are independent of the clubs, federations, sponsors, and venues referenced on this page.

What's next
If you have a club crest (SVG or AI with Pantone references) and the sponsor mark ready for co-brand, send the files with the delivery address and the deadline — we return a per-unit quote in RSD, a strike-off timeline, and a sample photo of the proposed body and finish within two working days. For first-time club and federation clients we recommend a 12-piece strike-off before the production run, so the commercial team can sign off on the laser depth and the club-colour match in person.
