Welcome packs for the banking & finance sector (Serbia)
Configurable welcome packs for Serbian banks, fintechs and family offices — new-hire kits on day one, branch-opening staff gifts, and private-banking client onboarding. Tiered builds, MOQ 20 packs, 2–3 week lead time, production in Belgrade.
Why this combination works for Serbian banking
Serbian banks and finance houses — from large universal groups like Banca Intesa, UniCredit, Raiffeisen, OTP and Erste to mid-tier lenders and Belgrade-based fintechs — hand out welcome kits at three specific moments. The first is a new hire's first morning, when a small box on the desk sets the tone for the next several years. The second is a private-banking client at onboarding, when the gift signals the seriousness of the relationship. The third is a branch opening in Novi Sad, Niš or Kragujevac, where staff, journalists and VIP guests all deserve something substantial to take away.
The kit has to feel substantial because it goes on a desk, into a laptop bag, or into the back seat of a taxi, and the brand sits where the person works for months afterward. A floppy sleeve looks like a conference freebie; a rigid board box with a debossed leather notebook looks like the bank meant it.
Models and materials that fit
Tier one (RSD 2,900–4,600 per pack) is a kraft sleeve holding a printed welcome letter, a small notebook, a pen and a keyring. Tier two (RSD 5,800–8,700) adds a thermal mug or a stainless water bottle and wraps in a cotton drawcord bag. Tier three (RSD 9,800–12,700) is a rigid board box with a leather notebook, a metal pen, a thermal mug and a USB drive in a recycled-aluminium shell. Materials are chosen to hold up to repeated handling — the notebook cover is coated to survive a jacket pocket, the mug is double-walled so it keeps coffee warm through a morning of compliance training.
Prints and branding approaches
The set's identity comes from one foil-stamped or debossed logo on the chassis and one printed logo on each item. Foil colours run metallic gold, silver, copper and matte black — the palette that reads as 'bank' rather than 'startup'. Embroidery on fabric items, laser-engraving on metal pens and thermal mugs, screen print on notebook covers. We avoid full-colour digital on premium packs because the look reads as mass-market against foil.
Bundling and packaging
All three tiers are wrapped in their chassis — kraft sleeve, cotton drawcord bag or rigid board box. Tier one adds a single satin ribbon. Tier two adds a satin ribbon plus a printed belly band. Tier three uses a ribbon-tied rigid box with a printed sleeve card. The repetition across tiers is the point: a 50-pack new-hire run and a 20-pack private-banking run arrive on the same shelf in matching chassis language, so the branch looks consistent.
Runs, lead times, and budgets
MOQ is 20 packs for tier one, 15 for tier two, 10 for tier three. Lead time 14–18 business days from artwork approval, with a 5-day express option for tier one. Pricing in RSD, all-inclusive of print setup. B2B billing to Serbia-registered entities adds 20% PDV. International clients are billed net of PDV with a valid export declaration.
Serbia context
Most welcome-pack orders out of Serbia ship from our Belgrade hub. New-hire packs move steadily through Q1 and Q3 — those are the strongest intake windows for Belgrade-headquartered employers. New-client packs cluster around private-banking onboarding season and around the autumn lending cycle. We hold a small stock of standard chassis and ribbon colours at the Belgrade hub so a 50-pack tier-one build can be ready for dispatch within ten working days during a Q4 onboarding rush. For in-person handovers at Sava Centar, Hyatt Regency Belgrade or Hotel Moskva, we can stage kits the morning of the event.
Frequently asked questions
Can the same chassis work across all three tiers?
Yes — we keep the chassis language consistent across tiers and vary only the contents. A fleet of mixed tiers on a reception desk or in a private-banking suite reads as one brand instead of three different promotions.
What goes into a mid-tier new-client pack?
Typically a leather passport-style notebook, a metal pen, a thermal mug and a printed welcome letter. We can swap items based on what your private-banking or wealth-management clients actually carry.
Do you handle corporate PDV invoicing?
Yes. We are registered for Serbian PDV and issue invoices through the e-Fiskalizacija system for B2B orders to Serbia-registered entities. International clients are billed net of PDV with a valid export declaration.
Can you personalise each pack with the new hire's name?
Yes — laser engraving on metal and leather items, foil stamping on the chassis. Per-unit personalisation adds 2–4 business days and roughly €3 per item depending on the surface.
How quickly can a 50-pack tier-one order turn around?
Standard build is 14 business days from artwork approval. Express build of 7 business days is available for tier one only, with a 25% rush premium. We hold a small stock of standard chassis and ribbons at our Belgrade hub.
Do you handle NBS compliance review?
Yes — we route artwork through your compliance team before any production. Pack content carries the bank crest and a tagline only; no rate, yield or product references. We supply artwork files for client-side compliance sign-off.
Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of any Serbian bank?
No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate merchandise producer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or contracted to any Serbian bank, the National Bank of Serbia, or any private-banking institution. Trademarks and crests used in sample artwork are for illustration only.
