Welcome packs for the marketing agencies sector (Serbia)
Configurable welcome packs for Serbian marketing agencies — new-hire onboarding, agency welcome kits, and client-pitch finales. Tiered builds, MOQ 20 packs, 2–3 week lead time, production in Belgrade.
Why this combination works for Serbian agencies
Belgrade's agency scene — McCann Belgrade, Ovation BBDO, CommIT Smart, Propaganda Plus and a long tail of independent shops — runs on churn and pitch. New hires arrive in cohorts at the start of every quarter, and account wins are celebrated with the kind of gift that travels home with the client. A welcome kit has to do two things at once: signal to a new creative or account lead that the agency takes its culture seriously, and act as a takeaway at a pitch finale that sits on a procurement director's shelf for the next three months.
The kit lands on a desk, in a tote bag, or on a hotel room table at Sava Centar or Hotel Moskva where pitches are sometimes staged. Getting the chassis right matters more than the contents list, because the client sees the outside first.
Models and materials that fit
Tier one (RSD 2,500–4,400 per pack) is a kraft sleeve holding a printed welcome letter, a small notebook, a pen and a keyring — light enough to mail to a remote freelancer before they fly in. Tier two (RSD 5,200–7,900) adds a thermal mug or a stainless water bottle and wraps in a cotton drawcord bag. Tier three (RSD 9,000–11,000) is a rigid board box with a notebook, a metal pen, a thermal mug and a USB drive in a recycled-aluminium shell. The thermal mug is the agency-cliché item that actually works — creatives live on coffee during pitch prep.
Prints and branding approaches
One foil-stamped or debossed logo on the chassis and one printed logo on each item. Foil colours run metallic gold, silver, copper and matte black — agency-standard rather than bank-standard. Embroidery on fabric items, laser-engraving on metal pens and thermal mugs, screen print on notebook covers. We avoid full-colour digital on premium packs because the look reads as mass-market against foil. For agencies with rotating campaign brands, we can vary the belly band per cohort while keeping the chassis consistent.
Bundling and packaging
All three tiers are wrapped in their chassis — kraft sleeve, cotton drawcord bag or rigid board box. Tier one adds a single satin ribbon. Tier two adds a satin ribbon plus a printed belly band. Tier three uses a ribbon-tied rigid box with a printed sleeve card. The repetition across tiers is the point: a 30-pack new-hire run and a 10-pack client-pitch run arrive on the same shelf in matching chassis language, and the creative team doesn't have to explain why the box looks different in the meeting room versus the breakout room.
Runs, lead times, and budgets
MOQ is 20 packs for tier one, 15 for tier two, 10 for tier three. Lead time 14–18 business days from artwork approval, with a 5-day express option for tier one. Pricing in RSD, all-inclusive of print setup. B2B billing to Serbia-registered entities adds 20% PDV. International clients are billed net of PDV with a valid export declaration. For tight pitch windows we can hold a small standby stock at the Belgrade hub.
Serbia context
Most agency welcome-pack orders ship from our Belgrade hub. New-hire kits move steadily through Q1 and Q3 — the strongest intake windows for Belgrade-headquartered shops. Client-pitch finale kits cluster around the spring and autumn pitch seasons, when account wins tend to land. We hold a small stock of standard chassis and ribbon colours at the Belgrade hub so a 30-pack tier-one build can be ready for dispatch within ten working days during a tight pitch window. For in-person handovers at Sava Centar or Hotel Moskva, we can stage kits the morning of the meeting.
Frequently asked questions
Can the same chassis work across all three tiers?
Yes — we keep the chassis language consistent across tiers and vary only the contents. A 30-pack new-hire run and a 10-pack client-pitch run arriving on the same shelf in matching chassis reads as one agency, not two separate promotions.
What goes into a mid-tier pack?
Typically a notebook, a metal pen, a thermal mug and a printed welcome letter. We can swap items based on what your creatives or account leads actually carry — agencies often ask for a tote bag over a keyring.
Do you handle corporate PDV invoicing?
Yes. We are registered for Serbian PDV and issue invoices through the e-Fiskalizacija system for B2B orders to Serbia-registered entities. International clients are billed net of PDV with a valid export declaration.
Can you personalise each pack with the new hire's name?
Yes — laser engraving on metal and leather items, foil stamping on the chassis. Per-unit personalisation adds 2–4 business days and roughly €3 per item depending on the surface.
How quickly can a 30-pack tier-one order turn around?
Standard build is 14 business days from artwork approval. Express build of 7 business days is available for tier one only, with a 25% rush premium. We hold a small stock of standard chassis and ribbons at our Belgrade hub for tight pitch windows.
Do you handle agency brand-book compliance?
Yes — we route finished artwork through your creative director before production. For rotating pitch brands, we can vary the belly band per cohort while keeping the chassis consistent across runs.
