Welcome packs for the sports sector (Serbia)

Tiered welcome kits for Serbian sports clubs — new player onboarding, gym staff inductions and academy recruits. Built to club brand books from our Belgrade hub, with RSD-denominated quotes and a 14–18 working-day lead time once artwork is approved.

Why this combination works

Serbian professional clubs run on a steady rotation of new starters every transfer window and every pre-season. FK Crvena Zvezda's first team and academy intake, FK Partizan across the Teleoptik and Zemunski setups, and FK Vojvodina out of the Karađorđe stadium in Novi Sad each move players, gym staff, medical teams and commercial hires through induction on overlapping calendars. A consistent welcome pack sets the tone on day one, removes ambiguity about who issues kit and access cards, and gives the press office one clean photo moment when a signing is announced. The pack itself is rarely the point — the consistency and the operational handoff are.

Models and materials that fit

Three tiers cover most of what a Serbian club actually orders in a season. Tier one is a kraft sleeve holding a printed welcome letter on club letterhead, a small A6 notebook, a ballpoint pen and a soft-touch keyring — sized for academy intake and gym-staff inductions. Tier two adds a double-wall thermal mug with the club crest debossed on the silicone base, packed in a cotton drawcord bag printed with the club wordmark. Tier three is a rigid two-piece board box with internal card fitments, containing a club-coloured backpack, a metal pen, the thermal mug and a 32 GB USB drive pre-loaded with the club media kit. First-team signings almost always use tier three.

Prints and branding approaches

One foil-stamped or debossed crest on the outer chassis, and one printed mark on each item inside. We hold Pantone references for the official club colours against our silkscreen line; if a brand book specifies a non-Pantone spot mix we dye-sub the silicone sleeve instead, which adds two working days. Mixing foil on a notebook and embroidery on a keyring reads as a generic gift set — we use a single decoration method per item so the assembled pack looks unified on a press-photo background.

Bundling and packaging

Tier one ships in a flat kraft sleeve with a printed belly-band — easy to warehouse and quick to hand out at the academy reception. Tier two swaps the sleeve for a cotton drawcord bag printed with the club wordmark. Tier three is a rigid two-piece board box with internal fitments; we can add a magnetic closure for executive onboarding where the recipient is photographed opening the box at a press event. All three tiers accept an outer shipper carton rated for courier and club-internal transport between the academy, the stadium and the training ground.

Runs, lead times, and budgets

MOQ is 20 packs for tier one, 15 for tier two and 10 for tier three. Lead time is 14–18 working days from artwork approval for tier one and tier two; tier three sits at 16–22 working days because the rigid box runs on a separate production line. We issue quotes in RSD with a EUR equivalent for international transfers where the ordering entity is registered outside Serbia. A 50-pack tier-one induction batch is the most common first order; a full pre-season cohort of 80–120 packs usually splits across tier two and tier three.

Serbia context

Belgrade and Novi Sad are the two main fulfilment points for sports welcome packs. FK Crvena Zvezda's commercial operations and academy intake sit on the Marakana side of Belgrade; FK Partizan runs induction from the Teleoptik ground and the Zemunski gym; FK Vojvodina's onboarding happens in Novi Sad at the Karađorđe stadium. We deliver direct to club offices, to the hotels used during pre-season stays (Hyatt Regency Belgrade, Crowne Plaza Belgrade, Hotel Moskva), or to a secure hold at our Belgrade warehouse for staged hand-out across a transfer window. Domestic courier transit from Belgrade to Novi Sad is one working day; to Niš or Subotica it is two.

Frequently asked questions

Can the same chassis work across all three tiers?

Yes — the kraft sleeve, drawcord bag and rigid box can share a club crest and a single colour palette, so a tier-one induction pack and a tier-three signing pack still read as the same family on camera. Many clubs standardise on this so press photos from the academy intake and the first-team announcement look consistent.

What goes into a mid-tier welcome pack?

Typically a printed welcome letter on club letterhead, an A6 notebook, a metal pen, a thermal mug with the club crest debossed on the silicone base, and a printed drawcord bag. The exact contents are confirmed against your brand book before production.

Do you handle Serbian VAT invoicing through e-Faktura?

Yes — domestic Serbian orders are invoiced through the e-Faktura system with PDV broken out on the invoice. For orders placed by foreign-owned clubs we issue a reverse-charge invoice where the PDV position is documented on the request.

Can you personalise each pack with the new player's name?

Yes — name-personalisation is done as a post-production step (laser on a metal plate, foil on a card insert, or printed on the welcome letter). Add two working days to the standard lead time for batches above 30 names.

How quickly can a 50-pack tier-one induction order turn around?

Standard build is 14 working days from artwork approval. A 30-pack tier-one rush can be turned around in 9 working days when the kraft sleeves are pulled from stock and only the welcome letters are printed to the latest roster list.

Do you follow official club brand-book specifications?

Yes — we work from the official brand book (colour values, crest clear-space, type, lockups). Send the brand-book PDF or a club contact for the commercial department and we will quote against it. We do not freelance a crest that is not in the official file.

Is Corp-Merch a partner or official supplier of any Serbian sports club?

No. Corp-Merch is an independent corporate merchandise supplier. We produce welcome packs and onboarding kits for clubs on a commercial basis; we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any specific Serbian sports club or its association.
