Hospitality merch for Serbian hotels, resorts, spas and restaurant groups

In-room amenities, F&B packaging, staff uniforms, conference and spa packages for Hyatt, Radisson, Marriott, Mama Shelter, Square Nine, Saint Ten and the regional chains — produced in Belgrade and Novi Sad, billed with PDV 20% in RSD.

The Serbian hospitality sector in 2026

Serbian hospitality spans international and boutique hotel groups (Hyatt Regency Belgrade, Radisson Collection, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Square Nine, Saint Ten, Mama Shelter, Falkensteiner, Hilton Belgrade, Sheraton Novi Sad, Mona Hotel Zlatibor, Hotel Moskva, Bristol Hotel, Palas Hotel), resort and spa operators (Vrnjačka Banja spa cluster, Kopaonik resort cluster, Zlatibor resort cluster, Soko Banja cluster, Prolom Banja, Ribarska Banja), and the restaurant and bar groups (traditional kafanas, modern restaurants, the bakery and confectionery chain). Zlatibor, Kopaonik, Vrnjačka Banja and Belgrade's central hotel district anchor the major leisure and conference volume.

Merch programmes for hospitality split into four recurring workstreams. The first is in-room kits — branded slippers, robes, vanity sets, water bottles, tea-and-coffee kits, branded stationery, branded matches — produced in small luxury B2B runs that hold in the housekeeping warehouse at the property. The second is F&B packaging — branded paper cups, napkins, cutlery sleeves, takeaway boxes, branded confectionery, branded wine and rakija bottles for the hotel's signature programme.

The third is staff uniforms — branded aprons, polos, button shirts, jackets, name tags, lanyards — produced to the property's colour set, visual identity, and Pantone. The fourth is conference and spa packages — branded conference kits for hosted business conferences at the property's event venue, branded spa kits for the wellness centre, branded gift boxes for the property's shop-front.

Recommended merch tiers

In-room kits

Branded slippers (terry or memory foam), branded robe (cotton or waffle), vanity set (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion in branded bottles), water bottle (glass or stainless), tea-and-coffee kit, branded stationery, branded matches — produced in the property's Pantone matched across rooms and suites, with restocking the property's housekeeping warehouse on the agreed cycle.

F&B packaging

Branded paper cups (8/12/16 oz), napkins, cutlery sleeves, takeaway boxes, branded confectionery, branded wine and rakija bottles, branded coasters — produced in the property's colour set with silkscreen or UV print, with food-grade certificate copies attached to the first PO. For Serbian menus the packaging usually carries both Serbian Cyrillic primary and English secondary text.

Staff uniforms

Branded aprons (cotton or poly-cotton), polos (180–220 GSM cotton), button-down shirts, jackets, name tags, lanyards — embroidered or silkscreened with the property's logo, produced in the property's Pantone, with sizing runs absorbed into the lead time. For hospitality front-of-house the embroidery is usually on the chest and the back of the apron; for back-of-house it is on the chest only.

Conference and spa kits

Attendee bag, lanyard, badge holder, branded notebook, pen, water bottle, branded tea/coffee kit, branded spa kit (towel, slippers, branded amenity set) — produced for the property's hosted business conferences and spa packages, with bilingual packs for international guests. Lead time three to four weeks including artwork.

Compliance and the hospitality envelope

Serbian hospitality operates under the Tourism Law (Zakon o turizmu) framework with the Serbian Tourism Organisation (TOS) at the federal level and the Privredna komora Srbije (PKS) Hospitality Section. Health-and-safety rules apply to F&B packaging (food-grade paper, certified inks, no solvent migration) and to staff uniforms (no exposed flame-finished fabric for kitchen-facing staff).

For F&B packaging we hold food-grade documentation (food-grade inks, no-solvent migration certificates) on the primary packaging partners. For staff uniforms we work to OEKO-TEX 100 on the base textile and supply the certificate copies on request. For conference and spa packages, the bilingual packs follow the property's international guest profile.

Currency and payment are quoted in RSD by default with EUR conversion on the invoice at the NBS middle rate on the day of issue. Hospitality clients that invoice through the property's central procurement office can use the standard 30/70 milestone structure: 30% on order confirmation, 70% on pre-delivery inspection. For international hotel groups with daily full-size programme volume the structure is sometimes 50/50 with net-30 settlement.

Sample BOM tiers in RSD

Indicative Belgrade-and-Novi-Sad production pricing for the standard hospitality tiers. Per-piece cost, decoration included, before PDV 20%. The ranges reflect current stock blanks, standard decoration and standard production slots; custom blanks or premium positioning pushes the per-piece price above the range.

  • In-room kit (slippers + robe + vanity set + bottle + stationery): 3,500–7,500 RSD per kit at 100-room runs.
  • Branded paper cup (8 oz, 12 oz, 16 oz, food-grade): 18–35 RSD per piece at 5,000-unit runs.
  • Branded apron (cotton or poly-cotton, embroidery): 1,400–2,800 RSD per piece at 100-unit runs.
  • Staff polo (180–220 GSM cotton, embroidery): 1,800–3,500 RSD per piece at 100-unit runs.
  • Conference attendee kit (bag + lanyard + badge + notebook + pen + bottle): 2,400–4,400 RSD per kit at 500-unit runs.

For hotel properties launching a fresh in-room kit or new staff uniform we typically run a 50–100 unit pilot in one room or one department to confirm Pantone match, material feel and the housekeeping or front-of-house workflow before scaling to the full property volume. The pilot accepts the property's housekeeping or operations team for sample review.

Lead times and logistics

For in-room kits and F&B packaging, the realistic lead time is three to four weeks from artwork confirmation; for staff uniform programmes with embroidery, four to six weeks including the uniform sizing run; for conference and spa kits, three to four weeks; for branded wine and rakija bottles for the hotel's signature programme, four to eight weeks dominated by bottle supply.

For hotel properties in central Belgrade, freight is local courier or pallet delivery to the property's loading bay. For Zlatibor, Kopaonik, Vrnjačka Banja and the other resort markets, freight runs through the contracted Belgrade courier and the Pošta Srbije parcel service for tier-3 city delivery. We coordinate the on-site handover with the property's housekeeping or front-of-house team and label every carton with the named floor and the department.

Currency and payment are quoted in RSD by default with EUR conversion on the invoice at the NBS middle rate on the day of issue. The standard hospitality 30/70 milestone structure applies; for international hotel groups with central European procurement the structure is sometimes 50/50 with net-30 settlement in EUR.

How we work with Serbian hospitality buyers

Most Serbian hospitality clients engage us through their procurement office, their marketing team, or their housekeeping and front-of-house managers. The merch programme usually sits with the procurement office for in-room kits and F&B packaging, with the marketing team for conference and spa kits, and with the housekeeping and front-of-house managers for staff uniforms and in-room items.

We run the project from our Belgrade office with weekly status calls and a shared folder for artwork, proofs, qualification documents and shipping records. The on-site contact at the property is usually the housekeeping manager, the front-of-house manager, or the property's events team. The merch handover is signed by a named consignee against a packing list.

We do not promise preferred-supplier status, exclusivity or marketing partnership in hospitality. What we promise is the merch programme delivered on specification, with the qualification documents attached, billed to the property's PO line and reconciled against the PDV treatment the buyer's procurement office has named.

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle food-grade documentation for F&B packaging?

Yes — food-grade inks and no-solvent migration certificates are held on our primary packaging partners and attached to the property's first PO. We refresh the documentation annually or at every supplier change.

Can you produce staff uniforms in the property's Pantone?

Yes — we work from the property's brand book and match Pantone within ±2 dE typical tolerance, with a physical or production-grade sample approved before the bulk run. Embroidery or silkscreen on the chest is the standard decoration.

What is the lead time for an in-room kit restocking programme?

Three to four weeks including artwork, with the property's housekeeping warehouse as the receiving point. We coordinate the on-site handover with the housekeeping manager and label every carton with the named floor.
